Review by hotel critic
Nestled in the vibrant heart of Iquitos, Casa Nativa offers a charming retreat that perfectly balances comfort and creativity. With its air-conditioned rooms and lively atmosphere, this three-star gem stands just two blocks from the river, providing easy access to numerous dining options that entice the senses. During my recent stay over Christmas with a few fellow art lovers, we discovered the ease of getting around, quickly hopping into mototaxis to explore the nearby attractions. The friendly locals made evening strolls exhilarating, as we savoured ice cream and lattes while enjoying the warm Peruvian ambiance. Casa Nativa's compact yet efficient services, including a generous complimentary breakfast and a helpful tour desk, made our adventure hassle-free. We even arranged an unforgettable boat trip to visit native villages, where swimming in the mighty Amazon was a highlight. The warm hospitality of the staff, coupled with the picturesque city views from our room, made for an unforgettable experience. For those with a passion for art and local culture, Casa Nativa Iquitos offers an inspiring atmosphere you'll want to return to.
